Customer Review: Tossing all the other homemade bread keepers I've tried!

My goal was to find a reusable way to keep my homemade bread fresh as I've made a pledge to stop being part of the disposable plastic bag problem. I initially bought one of these Progressive International Adjustable Bread Keeper and although it was better than a old school bread box, when my loaf got down to half size, there was just too much air inside the enclosure and the bread would dry out (I live in a dry climate).
So I kept looking...and I am SO happy with this awesome bread bag!! Unlike other reviewers I don't find the velcro closures to be too short even when I'm rolling the ends to store a partial loaf. I also love how handy this is for storing homemade hamburger, hot dog buns and bagels! I clean mine by hand and live in a dry climate (like I previously mentioned), so I don't have the "condensation" issue reported by one other reviewer. I've never frozen bread in one (I just bake another fresh one!), but I can see that it would work well for that!
