I've been using the food processor to make dough, but I hate dragging that machine out and really wanted a simple pastry blender.
I decided to get a pastry blender, like the one I used during Home Ed. in grade school. I searched and search but it looked like the stores don't carry them. It could be because customers would return it after it breaks from a single use.
After researching, I decided to get this model and it really works, doesn't bend or break and takes up very little space. I don't need to drag out the food process anymore. This is a very well designed product.
