I don't actually like Avocados, but I make a delicious refried black bean dish and I use this to make it wonderful. I also do a garlic sauce called Mojo de Ajo and this gets the perfect consistency of garlic. It's a hand held size, so it's smaller than the average potato masher, but that makes it perfect for smaller foods.
You can try [...] for my blackbean and Mojo de Ajo recipes! Either way, experiment and have fun with this little tool.

The Mini-Masher from Best Manufacturers is the handiest tool in the kitchen for eggs, puddings, custards, sauces, gravies, dips, salad dressings, marinades, glazes and syrups. Perfect for mashing avocado for guacamole. The Mini's stainless 3-inch serpentine-style mashing wire is set in a 5/8-inch diameter chrome handle. The handle is completely sealed with epoxy to eliminate any area where food may lodge and water may enter, making it more sanitary and easy-to-clean.
