I borrowed a French whip from my neighbor after my flimsy dollar store wisk broke a wire and I had to throw it out. My neighbor had the commercial size whip that was easily 14 inches or longer but it was wonderful to handle and made my pasta sauce with ease!!!
So I decided to order my own. I love this whip since it is an easily manageable size to hold comfortably and the smooth handle is great.
It is sealed into the handle with epoxy so the wires don't get food stuck in them. The whip also goes into the dishwasher for easy cleanup. This kitchen tool is a must-have item.
